RETURNING POLICY: Olympiahardware.com offers 30 day money back guarantee. We do not accept returns after 30 days of receipt of the product. As long as the hardware are in their original wrapping, unused, and undamaged, please call us to arrange for a RA# (return authorization number) before returning the items. Olympiahardware.com will not be able to issue you a credit without an RA#. We cannot guarantee any refund on any product that does not have an RA# (Return Authorization Number). You can request a RA# by submitting an Email to [email protected] or calling 704-728-2679. All returns for defective merchandise or incorrectly shipped items will be returned at our expense. Buyer will pay for the shipping cost for exchanges.
